Anger is a normal and healthy emotion. However, when feelings of anger start to affect oneself and your relationships, perhaps it’s time to seek help. The goal of our anger management program is for clients to learn how to recognize signs that they are becoming angry and take action to calm down and handle the situation in a more productive way. Our professionals conduct anger management classes for adults through our 18-week program. This program is conducted solely in Spanish.
